Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped so you can follow your order every step of the way.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress of your package.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Delays & Responsibility

While we strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery, shipping times may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

Once your order has been shipped, BrickKnight is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

If your package is taking longer than expected, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Shipping Protection Coverage

Our Shipping Protection is designed to protect your order against specific shipping-related issues. Coverage applies only in the cases listed below.

What Shipping Protection Covers

Lost packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit after an investigation with the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Delivered to the wrong address (customer error)
If the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout, Shipping Protection may be used to assist with a replacement at our discretion.

Missing parts
If your medieval minifigure set arrives with missing parts, we will gladly send the missing parts free of charge.


What Shipping Protection Does NOT Cover

Minor missing parts
Missing pieces that are minor and do not affect the build or completion of the product are not eligible for replacement.

Shipping delays
Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or high demand periods are not covered.

Packages marked as delivered
If the carrier marks the order as Delivered, responsibility lies with the shipping carrier unless Shipping Protection applies as outlined above.


Lost or Stolen Packages

BrickKnight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
