We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Because our products are collectible medieval minifigures, minor missing pieces that do not prevent full assembly do not qualify for a return or refund.

At BrickKnight, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee under specific eligible circumstances.
Eligible Cases
A refund may be approved only in the following situations:
Wrong item received
You received a product different from the one you ordered.
Item not received
The tracking confirms the package was never delivered after an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Delivered to the wrong address (our error)
The package was delivered to an address different from the one provided at checkout, and the error is confirmed on our side.
In these cases, customers must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and provide clear proof such as:

Non-Eligible Cases (No Refunds)
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Shipping delays
Delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or shipping carrier delays. As long as the order was shipped on time, BrickKnight is not responsible for delivery delays.
Incorrect address provided by the customer
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Order marked as delivered by the carrier
If tracking shows the package as Delivered, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is delivered to that address or returned to sender, BrickKnight is not responsible for any loss, delay, or replacement costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing the purchase.
